Yes, we help and support people to get into employment. We excel in the security industry and work with many employers that we can give you access to. Please get in touch with us by filling out the form and let us know your elligibility.
We will get in touch with you and coordinate everything for you. We can help you arrange one-to-one support and guide you to employment.
Our programme is designed to help central London residents who have been unemployed, as well as people with health conditions, into work.
We work with a range of people throughout Central London including security professionals, health professionals, employment specialists and local community organisations to create a support package to help you find the right job, at the right time.

Which London boroughs do you support? | Currently, our programme supports and covers 12 central London boroughs. Hackney, Haringey, Lewisham, Lambeth, Southwark, Camden, Wandsworth, Tower Hamlets, Westminster, The City of London, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Islington. |
What do I need to bring to my first appointment? | You must bring your proof of ID, it can be a passport a BRP, or right to work. |
We run support programmes to guide individuals into rewarding careers within the security industry. Our primary goal is to support and guide your journey to employment through a range of employment support services. Whether you are seeking your first security job or aiming to progress in your security career, we offer guided support to meet your needs.
Our support begins with preparing job-specific CVs and cover letters, completing mock interviews, and providing you access to potential employers within the first 30 days. Additionally, we understand the importance of ongoing support, offering assistance with travel planning and continuous in-work support.
Once employed, our support extends to help your career progression and development within the field of security.
To make this opportunity even more accessible, we provide funding for courses and licences, ensuring that financial limitations do not stop your path to successful job.
Eligible individuals, currently unemployed and not under Universal Credit or JSA, can take advantage of our services. To qualify, you must be over 18, reside in one of the 12 Central London Boroughs, and not be engaged in any form of employment.

Security Guard Jobs: You will need an SIA Security Guard Licence. They may work in retail, corporate, or public environments, patrol premises, and respond to incidents.
Door Supervisor Jobs: You will need an SIA Door Supervisor Licence. Door supervisors are responsible for managing entry and exit to venues like bars, clubs, and events. They check IDs, manage queues, and deal with difficult customers.
Close Protection Officer Jobs: You will need a CP Licence. Close Protection Officers (CPOs) provide security for VIPs, executives, and high-profile individuals. They may need to travel with clients and work long hours.
CCTV Operator Jobs: You will need an SIA CCTV Operator Licence. CCTV operators monitor surveillance cameras and respond to suspicious behavior or incidents.
Event Security Staff Jobs: You will need a security guard licence or a Door Supervisor Licence. Event security staff ensure the safety of attendees and staff at concerts, festivals, and other large events. They may work at the entrance, backstage, or in the crowd.
Retail Security Officer Jobs: You will need a security guard licence or a door supervisor licence. Retail security officers protect stores against theft and fraud. They may check bags and respond to shoplifting incidents.
Aviation Security Officer Jobs: You will need a security guard licence or a door supervisor licence. Aviation security officers work in airports and are responsible for checking passengers and luggage for prohibited items.
Security Manager Jobs: You will need a security guard licence or a door supervisor licence. Security managers are responsible for overseeing security operations and managing security staff. They may be responsible for risk assessments, training, and implementing security protocols.
Information Security Officer Jobs: You will need a security guard licence or a door supervisor licence. Information security officers are responsible for protecting company data and systems from cyber threats.

Can you apply for a free security licence?
Yes, if you are eligible then we can guide you and support you for a free security license.
Can you help with security Jobs?
Yes, on many occasions we have given support with job placement for people who already hold security licenses.
When will I receive my examination result?
Results are published online within 10-14 working days after your examination date. You will be notified by SMS and email when they are ready to view – in the rare case your results are delayed, we will always keep you informed.
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are usually dispatched 7 days after successful course completion. Please contact us – if it has been over 14 days so we can verify your address and arrange for a replacement.
Please note, you don’t need a certificate to apply for your SIA License.
Do I need my certificate to apply for SIA License?
No, you do not need your certificate to apply for the SIA License. Your details are passed on to the SIA when you pass the course.
What ID documents do I have to bring along?
It is a regulatory requirement to do an identity check for all security-related qualifications. Therefore, candidates who are attending License linked course are requested to provide the following upon arrival;
– Two passport size photos
– Original passport of any nationality or UK photo Drivers License
– Two forms of address proof (originals)
Please see the joining instructions as a range of other documents can be accepted.
Note: You will not be able to sit the exam if you do not have the correct ID Documents. (Government Requirement)

When can I apply for my SIA License?
