  • Conducting Effective Searches: Learn the latest techniques in searching individuals and belongings to prevent prohibited items from entering a venue.
  • Physical Intervention Techniques: Refresh your skills in safely and effectively handling situations requiring physical intervention.
  • Protecting Vulnerable Individuals: This module includes new content focused on protecting individuals in vulnerable situations, specifically training on identifying and preventing spiking incidents.
  • Terror Threat Awareness: Stay informed on the latest scenarios with the ACT/You Can ACT certificate to ensure you are prepared to respond effectively.

In addition to the refresher training, a door supervisor must present an up-to-date Emergency First Aid certificate when renewing their license. This requirement ensures that all door supervisors are equipped to handle medical emergencies and security threats.
